Ivy Minds partners with schools to transform academics, operations and admissions. We are looking for an Academic Lead to be our presence in partner schools and make sure change shows up where it matters most: in the classroom.

About the Role

You will start with one partner school, working mostly on campus, and grow with us as we expand to more schools. You will work directly with teachers and school leadership to raise teaching quality from early years to Grade 5.

Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom audits and termly reviews of teaching quality
- Coach teachers through observation, constructive feedback and modelled lessons
- Design and deliver teacher training programmes
- Review and strengthen the curriculum, turning it into engaging, effective lessons for early years to Grade 5




- Track student and teacher progress and report to school leadership
- Build reusable tools and training resources for current partner schools

Qualifications

- B.Ed. required; M.Ed. preferred
- 5+ years of teaching experience in early years or primary
- Experience training or mentoring teachers
- Solid understanding of early literacy (including phonics) and early numeracy
- Excellent English communication, written and spoken
- Confidence to give honest, constructive feedback to colleagues

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
