RUBBERWORLD is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage and expand our dealer network across Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, and Pathanamthitta. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling two-wheeler tyres, PCR (Passenger Car Radial) tyres, and all tyre-related accessories, while developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing dealers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop the existing dealer network across the assigned territory.
- Identify and onboard current dealers to expand market coverage.
- Promote and sell two-wheeler tyres, PCR tyres, and all tyre-related accessories.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive business growth.
- Conduct regular market visits and maintain strong relationships with dealers and retailers.
- Generate orders, follow up on pending orders,



and coordinate with the office for timely delivery.
- Identify new business opportunities and increase product penetration in the assigned market.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Follow up on dealer payments and outstanding accounts.
- Implement company sales schemes and promotional activities.
- Submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor updates to management.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
