Van FE – Roles & Responsibilities | Delhivery

- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments within the assigned service area.

- Collect shipments from customers/sellers and deliver them safely to the respective destinations.

- Perform scanning and updating shipment status accurately through the assigned mobile application.

- Ensure proper Cash on Delivery (COD) collection and deposit the collected amount as per company process.

- Verify shipment details, address, customer information, and delivery instructions before completing deliveries.

- Handle shipments carefully and ensure zero damage, loss, or misrouting.

- Maintain regular communication with customers and provide qualified service during pickup and delivery.

- Follow the assigned route, daily targets, SLA/TAT,



and productivity requirements.

- Report delivery issues such as customer unavailability, wrong address, shipment mismatch, or failed delivery to the concerned team.

- Maintain the vehicle properly and follow all road safety, company SOP, compliance, and discipline requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
