Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional with NBFC/financial services

experience to manage day-to-day operations and finance activities, including

reconciliation, collections tracking, insurance, payments, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Insurance Reconciliation: Reconcile insurance collections/payments with

internal records and insurance partners; identify and resolve discrepancies.

- Payment Reconciliation: Perform daily/monthly reconciliation of bank,

payment gateway, collection, and internal system transactions.

- Collection Tracking: Track daily collections, advances, bounce transactions,

overdue amounts, and maintain accurate collection records.

- MIS & Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS related to collections,

payments, insurance, disbursement, and reconciliation.

- Unreconciled Transactions: Monitor pending/unmatched transactions and

coordinate with Operations/Finance teams for timely closure.

- NBFC Operations: Support loan disbursement, collection, payment, and other

operational activities.

- Month-End Activities:



Assist in month-end closing, audit requirements,

documentation, and management reporting. Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Collection, Credit, and other internal teams for resolution of operational issues.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in NBFC / Banking / Financial Services.
- Good understanding of NBFC Operations & Finance processes.
- Hands-on experience in payment, bank, insurance, and collection reconciliation.
- Strong knowledge of Collection MIS and transaction tracking.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, etc.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities within deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Profile

Candidates currently or previously working in an NBFC Operations/Finance team with

exposure to reconciliation, collections, insurance, payments, disbursement, MIS,

and transaction monitoring will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
