Job Title: Specialist - Package Implementation

Location: Pune

Experience: 5-8 years

We are seeking a skilled Specialist - Package Implementation to join our team in Pune. This role involves the configuration, deployment, and support of critical payment processing solutions, with a strong focus on ATM-Switch platforms. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in payment card operations and a proven track record in delivering robust financial technology implementations.

Job Description:

1. Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations and implementation strategies for payment solutions.

2. Configure and deploy ATM-Switch platforms such as Base24, SmartVista, or similar, ensuring adherence to functional and technical specifications.

3. Provide expert support for card issuing, transaction processing, authorization, and clearing and settlement functionalities.

4. Implement and manage solutions for billing, collections, and customer lifecycle management within the payment ecosystem.

5. Design, configure, and validate system interfaces and integrations with various internal and external platforms.

6. Perform thorough system validation and troubleshooting, utilizing SQL for data analysis and issue resolution.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and operations, throughout the implementation lifecycle.

8. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, implementation procedures, and support guides.

9. Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to services.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for implementation processes and operational efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in the implementation, configuration, or support of payment processing packages.

- Mandatory solid hands-on experience with ATM-Switch platforms (e.g., Base24, SmartVista).

- Deep understanding of payment cards banking operations and financial services.

- Proficiency in configuring and managing functionalities related to card issuing, transaction processing, authorization, clearing, and settlement.

- Experience with system integration, including API-based integrations.

- Knowledge of SQL for data validation, querying, and troubleshooting.

- Ability to analyze complex requirements and design effective implementation solutions.
