Hiring Manager – Non-IT Recruitment

Experience: 6 to 8 year
Location: Jaipur

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end non-IT recruitment across Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Accounts, Operations, and other functions.
- Lead and mentor recruiters to achieve hiring targets and timely closures.
- Handle candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and offer follow-ups.
- Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.
- Monitor recruitment performance, maintain MIS reports, and ensure quality hiring.

Requirements:

- Graduate/MBA in HR preferred.
- Robust experience in non-IT recruitment and team management.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
