Role Description The Retail Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, stock management, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The manager leads and coaches the store team to deliver exceptional customer service, promote brand values, and achieve sales and performance targets. Day-to-day tasks include supervising staff schedules, monitoring inventory, implementing retail loss prevention practices,



and handling customer escalations. The Retail Store Manager also analyzes store performance, prepares reports, and collaborates with leadership to execute promotional activities and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.
- Effective Communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and management.
- Experience in Store Management, including team leadership and daily retail operations- minimum 7+years
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard inventory and assets.
- Prior experience in retail, preferably jewelry or luxury goods, is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Ahmedabad with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets, manage performance, and handle operational challenges.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
