Job Overview

We are looking for a tech-savvy Telecalling Sales Executive (Electronics) to manage customer leads, pitch consumer/industrial electronic products, and drive inside sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers interested in electronic products and components.
- Explain technical features, specifications, warranties, and pricing of electronic products clearly.
- Qualify potential leads, generate interest, and convert inquiries into completed purchases.
- Provide post-call support, quote details, and track order fulfillment.
- Update CRM records with detailed notes on customer feedback and product inquiries.

Qualifications & Requirements





- High School Diploma or Bachelor's (IT, Electronics, Commerce, or General streams).
- Basic knowledge or high interest in electronic appliances, devices, or hardware components.
- Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills over the phone.
- Previous telesales experience in consumer electronics, appliances, or IT hardware is an added advantage.
