- Lead Generation: Sourcing new prospects via cold calling, digital inquiries, walk-ins, and channel partners.
- Site Visits: Organizing and conducting property tours, open houses, and project presentations for clients.
- Negotiation: Presenting pricing, payment plans, and offers while negotiating terms to close bookings.
- Documentation: Coordinating with legal, finance, and home loan teams to complete booking formalities and agreements.
- Pipeline Management: Maintaining accurate customer interaction records using a CRM system.
- Market Knowledge: Keeping up-to-date with local property trends, competitor offerings, and basic mortgage norms
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
