Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technology Head to drive technology strategy, product engineering, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead engineering teams, build scalable publishing platforms, and align technology investments with business objectives.

Candidates with experience in the EdTech / e-Learning industry are required. Experience in publishing, SaaS platforms, and content technology is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the technology roadmap for publishing solutions.
- Lead enterprise architecture, product engineering, cloud adoption, and DevOps practices.
- Drive AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing engineering teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Ensure platform scalability, security, quality, performance, and timely delivery.
- Align technology strategy with business goals and drive continuous innovation.

Required Skills & Experience





- 15+ years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership.
- Experience in the EdTech / e-Learning industry is required.
- Solid expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), APIs, microservices, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
- Proven experience in technology strategy, product engineering, and leading large engineering teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in publishing, content technology, XML workflows, SaaS platforms, or AI-driven publishing solutions is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to drive technology transformation and deliver scalable, business-focused solutions.

Required Qualification
