- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong project coordination and program management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work effectively in night shift to align with global partners
- Strong interest in learning about enterprise technology ecosystems and partnerships

Good-to-Have Skills

- Prior experience managing partnerships with Google/Microsoft/AWS
- Familiarity with the SAP ecosystem or ERP platforms
- Exposure to marketing coordination, technology events, sponsorships, or business development programs
- Experience working in BPOs, shared services, or global client support roles with international stakeholders
