The candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors, Developers, and other potential clients.

● Generate new business opportunities through field visits and client meetings. ● Meet and build solid relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors, and Developers. ● Promote and explain premium flooring products and solutions. ● Generate project leads and convert them into successful sales. ● Conduct product presentations and explain product features, benefits, and applications. ● Understand client requirements and recommend suitable flooring solutions. ● Regularly follow up with prospects and existing clients. ● Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets. ● Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, samples, order processing, and client requirements. ● Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners and industry professionals.



● Conduct regular market visits to identify new projects and business opportunities. ● Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management. ● Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and client visit reports.

2–5 years of experience in Inside, Outdoor Sales, Field Sales, B2B Sales, or Project Sales. ● Experience in Flooring, Interior Products, Building Materials, Tiles, Laminates, Plywood, Furniture, Modular Kitchen, or Construction Products is preferred. ● Good network with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and Contractors will be an added advantage. ● Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ● Ability to generate leads and close project-based sales. ● Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented. ● Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits. ● Two-wheeler preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
