Position: Assistant Store Manager (ASM)

Job Responsibilities:

- Support the Branch Manager in managing daily showroom operations.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve business goals.
- Monitor sales performance, customer service, and staff productivity.
- Handle customer queries and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Support stock management, merchandising, and showroom standards.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
- Prepare and maintain daily sales and operational reports.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of experience in retail, preferably in mobile/electronics or consumer durables.
- Strong team-handling and communication skills.
- Positive knowledge of showroom sales and customer handling.
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Any degree / 12th pass with relevant experience can apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
