Job Summary

DigitalVia Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a basic understanding of digital marketing. The role involves cold calling potential clients, generating leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers.
- Introduce the company's digital marketing services professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Schedule meetings or appointments for the Business Development team.
- Understand customer requirements and maintain accurate call records.
- Follow up with interested prospects and nurture leads.
- Maintain daily call reports and achieve assigned calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover.




- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Required Skills

- Valuable verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing.
- Confidence in handling cold calls and customer interactions.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email).
