Job Title: Junior Stores Executive

- Location: Chinchwad, Pune
- Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 CTC / month
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

What You'll Do

- Invoicing & Vendor Verification: Issue delivery challans, verify incoming purchase invoices using 3-way matching (PO, GRN, and Invoice), and ensure accurate bill entries in Tally ERP 9.
- Manage Store Operations: Support daily material movement, track inventory, and maintain accurate stock records.
- Handle Logistics & Goods Receipt: Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries, inspect received goods, and process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
- Track & Report: Generate daily stock summaries, material consumption reports,



and pending invoice trackers using Tally ERP 9 and MS Excel.

What We Look For

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in store operations, inventory management, or basic billing/invoicing.
- Hands-on proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and MS Excel.
- Valuable organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
