We are looking for bright, motivated, and detail-oriented professionals to join our US Insurance Operations team.

This role involves providing back-office support to insurance agencies in the USA across various insurance processes. Key Responsibilities

- Generate accurate insurance quotations based on the information provided.
- Validate and verify data to ensure the accuracy and completeness of quotations.
- Create, update, and maintain comprehensive quotations for assigned accounts.
- Perform policy auditing and identify discrepancies or missing information.
- Support policy lifecycle management, including documentation and process updates.
- Prepare and maintain reports as required by the process and management.
- Provide specialized and knowledge-based solutions to assigned accounts.
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and within defined timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient process operations.
- Develop and maintain robust knowledge of US insurance processes and procedures.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn recent processes and continuously improve performance.

Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline, preferably from a non-engineering background.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.




- Willingness to continuously upskill and develop insurance domain knowledge.

Work Schedule

- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday
- Shift Timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
- Shift: Night Shift
- Process: US Insurance – Back Office Operations

- The position is office-based in Pune. Candidates currently residing in Pune are preferred.
- Candidates from outside Pune are requested to apply only if they are willing to relocate to Pune and can independently manage their daily commute.
- Company transportation facility is not provided. Candidates are requested to apply only if they are comfortable arranging and managing their own transportation to and from the workplace, particularly considering the 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM night shift.
