Key Responsibilities

- Handle recruitment, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Manage employee onboarding and HR documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
- Support HR policies, performance management, and employee coordination.
- Assist management with general HR activities.

Requirements

- Prior HR experience preferred.
- Candidates looking to restart their career after a career break are welcome to apply.
- Fluent English communication is required.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
