Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Tindivanam. This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, handling onboarding and exit processes, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures. The Human Resources Executive will support employee relations by addressing queries, coordinating grievance resolution, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. The role includes assisting in performance management activities, coordinating training and development programs, and supporting recruitment efforts as needed. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with management to implement HR initiatives,



ensure compliance with labor laws, and contribute to organizational culture and engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to oversee core HR functions and support strategic people initiatives.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations to manage documentation, employee lifecycle processes, and compliance with company policies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations to handle employee concerns, support conflict resolution, and foster a respectful workplace.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies to implement, communicate, and update guidelines in line with legal and organizational requirements.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices, and proficiency in basic HR software or MS Office tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Tindivanam, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
