KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES -

a) MEP Planning & Execution
Plan, coordinate, and supervise all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works at the project site. Ensure MEP activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

b) Site Supervision
Monitor day-to-day MEP activities and ensure proper execution of installation, testing, and commissioning works. Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical and execution-related issues.

c) Drawing & Technical Coordination
Review MEP drawings, layouts, BOQs, and technical specifications. Coordinate with architects, consultants, civil teams, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve design or site-related discrepancies.

d) Electrical Works
Supervise electrical installations including power distribution, lighting, earthing, fire alarm, DG systems, and other electrical services as applicable to the project.

e) Mechanical & HVAC Works
Coordinate and supervise HVAC, ventilation, and other mechanical services, ensuring proper installation, testing, and commissioning as per project requirements.

f) Plumbing & Fire Fighting
Oversee plumbing, drainage, water supply, and fire-fighting installations. Ensure compliance with approved drawings, safety requirements, and applicable standards.

g) Contractor & Vendor Management
Coordinate with MEP contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution, material availability, and adherence to project specifications.

h) Quality & Safety
Ensure MEP works comply with quality standards, approved specifications,



safety procedures, and applicable codes and regulations. Conduct inspections and coordinate necessary corrective actions.

i) Testing, Commissioning & Handover
Coordinate testing and commissioning of MEP systems and ensure all necessary documentation, reports, and as-built drawings are completed before project handover.

j) Project Reporting
Monitor project progress, identify delays or technical issues, and provide regular updates to the project management team. Maintain records of MEP activities, inspections, materials, and work progress.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS-

- 10+ years of relevant experience in MEP execution and project management within the construction industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction practices, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Proven experience in handling MEP works for residential, commercial, high-rise, or large-scale construction projects.
- Robust coordination and communication skills with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, layouts, and technical documents.
- Strong knowledge of quality, safety, testing, and commissioning procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant MEP/project management software.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and project coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per year
