About the Role:

We are hiring a target-driven Telesales Officer fluent in Telugu and English to handle inbound/outbound leads, close sales, and build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Convert sales leads into closed deals through effective telesales calls.
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain excellent client relationships and product knowledge.

Requirements:

- Mandatory: Prior telesales experience.
- Fluency: Excellent verbal skills in Telugu and English.
- Strong negotiation, active listening, and deal-closing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
