Job description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dropout and semi-qualified CA professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a CA firm, with expertise in Accounting, TDS Return Filing, GST Filing, Balance Sheet Finalization, Tally, Computax, Excel, Audit, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Manage end-to-end accounting and book-keeping for assigned clients.

2. Management Information System (MIS) & Analysis

- Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reviews.
- Conduct variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget / Forecast) and cost-profitability analysis.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets, financial projections, and CMA data for working capital/debt syndication. [1, 2, 3, 4]

3. Statutory & Regulatory Compliance

- Handle direct and indirect tax compliances (Income Tax, TDS, GST returns, and advance tax computations).
- Assist in statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits by coordinating with auditors and pulling sample data.
- Ensure adherence to company law (MCA filings) and local regulatory requirements. [1, 2]

4. Process Automation & Advisory Support

- Support ERP implementation, data cleanup, and finance transformation assignments.




- Assist in drafting and implementing internal financial controls (IFC) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct research and data analysis for specific business advisory and valuation/restructuring engagements. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

5. Client Coordination

- Act as a point of contact for day-to-day finance queries from client management.
- Ensure timely delivery of periodic deliverables and reports
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow) as per applicable GAAP/Accounting Standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: CA Intermediate (Both groups cleared preferred) or Semi-Qualified CA with completed articleship. [1, 2]
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in a Chartered Accountancy firm, KPO, or corporate finance/outsourcing environment. [1, 2]
- Technical Skills:
- Robust grip on Accounting Standards and Tax Laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel - VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards).
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems like SAP/NetSuite)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
