Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join the Resort Reservation & Sales Department of an established organization.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Manage and coordinate resort reservations and booking enquiries.

Follow up with clients, travel agents, corporate clients, and other business partners.

Assist the Sales Manager in developing new business opportunities.

Coordinate with the reservation, front office, and operations teams to ensure smooth booking processes.

Monitor sales activities, enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.

Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.





Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new client networks.

Handle customer enquiries professionally and ensure timely responses.

Requirements

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Sales / Reservations / Business Development in the hospitality or resort industry.

Hospitality / Resort experience is mandatory.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Ability to handle sales targets and work with a team.

Positive knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting.

Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
