We are looking for a Quality Auditor to monitor, evaluate, and ensure the data integrity of our ground-level field survey operations. Unlike traditional call-center monitoring, this role focuses entirely on auditing real-time ground survey recordings and verifying that field surveyors are accurately recording survey responses.
Responsibilities
Key Roles & Responsibilities Ground Survey Auditing & Verification Audit recorded interactions and survey entries conducted by ground surveyors (auditing a ~10% sample size per surveyor daily). Verify that survey responses in the system match the recorded conversations accurately. Identify and flag fake, falsified, or inaccurate data entries immediately. Auditing Quota & Team Scope Manage quality checks for a dedicated group of 6 ground surveyors, who cover around 25 to 30 field interactions each daily (~180 total daily interactions). Perform 6 detailed audits daily per Quality Auditor (split across the team for 12 total project audits).
Feedback & Training Provide immediate feedback to Team Leads (TLs) and surveyors when critical errors or data falsification are detected. Offer constructive feedback on minor errors (e.g., small discrepancies in recorded age, tone, or minor field entries) to help train and improve surveyor performance. Reporting & Quality Scoring Compile and publish daily Quality Audit Reports with individual performance scores for each surveyor. Analyse survey trends and conversation nuances to provide qualitative insights on whether the collected data accurately reflects ground reality. Provide the final quality scores used to determine field surveyor payouts and penalty calculations. Budget: ₹30k – ₹40k per month
