About Aura Craft Unisex Salon

Aura Craft Unisex Salon is looking for a Digital Marketing & Salon Marketing All-Rounder who understands the salon industry and can independently manage our digital marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Hair, Beauty and Nail services along with strong digital marketing and social media skills.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

- Manage Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Create and manage Reels, posts and stories.
- Plan monthly social media content and promotions.
- Run and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Generate leads and customer enquiries.
- Manage and improve Google Business Profile.
- Work on local SEO and improve salon visibility on Google.
- Monitor marketing performance, leads and conversions.
- Research competitors and current salon/beauty trends.

Content & Social Media

- Shoot basic salon videos, before/after videos and service videos.
- Edit Reels using Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
- Create attractive promotional content for salon offers.
- Understand Instagram trends and create content accordingly.
- Coordinate with hairstylists, beauticians and nail artists for content.

Salon Knowledge
The candidate should have a good understanding of:

- Haircuts and styling
- Hair colour, balayage and global colour
- Keratin, smoothening, Botox and other hair treatments
- Hair spa and hair care
- Facials, cleanup and skincare
- Waxing and threading




- Manicure and pedicure
- Nail extensions and nail services
- Salon packages and promotional offers

The candidate should be able to understand salon services and communicate them properly through digital content and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

- Previous experience in digital marketing/social media is preferred.
- Knowledge of Hair + Beauty + Nail services is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Instagram and Facebook.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads is an advantage.
- Basic Canva/CapCut or video-editing skills.
- Good communication and creative skills.
- Should be comfortable working directly with the salon team.
- Should be proactive and able to work independently.
- Candidates with salon, beauty, fashion or lifestyle marketing experience will be preferred.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for an all-rounder, not someone who only uploads posts.

The candidate should be able to understand our salon services, create content, promote offers, run digital campaigns and help bring recent customers and bookings to Aura Craft Unisex Salon.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Salary will depend on experience, digital marketing knowledge and ability to generate results.

Performance-based incentives can be provided based on leads, bookings and marketing performance.
