Process Coordinator

Industry: Kidswear Manufacturing & Wholesale

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Experience: 1–3 Years

CTC: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily activities between Production, Quality, Stores, Purchase and Dispatch teams.

Monitor production plans, schedules and process progress.

Maintain daily production and process-related MIS reports.

Track pending activities and ensure timely closure.

Coordinate with different departments to resolve operational issues.

Follow up on production, order and dispatch requirements.

Maintain process documentation, trackers and records.

Identify process gaps and escalate issues to the concerned team.





Support smooth coordination across multiple production units.

Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in Process Coordination / Production Coordination / Operations Coordination, preferably in the garments, textile or manufacturing industry.

Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.

Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
