Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Incharge to manage and maintain plant machinery, equipment, utilities, and electrical systems. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities for plant machinery and equipment.
- Handle breakdown maintenance and ensure minimum machine downtime.
- Supervise maintenance technicians and allocate daily maintenance activities.
- Maintain machinery, electrical systems, compressors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Identify recurring equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure the availability of critical spare parts and maintain spare parts inventory.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and breakdown reports.




- Coordinate with Production and other departments to minimize production interruptions.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintenance standards.
- Monitor maintenance costs and recommend improvements to enhance equipment efficiency.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices in the maintenance area.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Required Skills

- Experience in maintenance activities in a manufacturing industry.
- Valuable knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance planning and breakdown analysis.
- Team management and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of industrial safety practices.

Salary and Benefits

- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on experience and technical knowledge.
- Other benefits as per company policy.

Preferred Candidate: An immediate joiner with hands-on experience in manufacturing plant maintenance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
