We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to maintain bank accounts in Tally, manage personal income records for family members, maintain petty cash and prepare GST records in coordination with our CA.

Key responsibilities

- Bank accounting: Record and verify bank receipts, payments and transfers in Tally with correct ledger classification.
- Bank reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank books with bank statements, investigate discrepancies and follow up on missing or unclear transactions.
- Personal income accounts: Maintain separate income records for each family member, reconcile receipts with bank statements and prepare periodic income summaries.
- Petty cash: Maintain the petty-cash register, record expenses against receipts or approved vouchers, and reconcile the balance with cash on hand.
- GST records: Maintain accurate GST-related sales, purchase, debit-note and credit-note records in Tally, checking invoice details and tax entries.
- GST reconciliation:



Reconcile purchase records with GSTR-2B, identify missing invoices or mismatches, and follow up with suppliers and the CA.
- CA coordination: Prepare GST workings and supporting documents, resolve queries and coordinate timely submission of information for return filing.
- Documentation: Organise bank statements, invoices, vouchers, reconciliations and filing records while maintaining confidentiality.

Candidate requirements

- Ideally 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, including practical GST work.
- Hands-on proficiency in Tally and bank reconciliation.
- Experience preparing GST workings and performing GSTR-2B reconciliation.
- Working knowledge of Excel.
- Accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to follow up independently.
- Commerce qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
