We are looking for an E-Commerce Assistant based in Kochi to manage and support our UAE e-commerce operations.

The role will primarily involve handling day-to-day activities on Amazon UAE, Noon UAE, and other online marketplaces, with a solid focus on product visibility, listings, inventory, pricing, and marketplace operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle day-to-day UAE e-commerce marketplace operations from our Kochi office.
- Manage Amazon UAE Seller/Vendor Central basic operations.
- Manage and update product listings, SKUs, pricing, inventory, images, titles, and descriptions.
- Monitor and improve product visibility and search ranking.
- Perform basic Amazon SEO and keyword optimization.
- Monitor product listings for errors, suppressed listings, pricing issues, and catalog problems.
- Track product availability, inventory, sales, and stock levels.
- Coordinate with UAE-based teams regarding inventory, orders, pricing, and product updates.
- Assist with Amazon promotions, campaigns, and basic advertising activities.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing,



and visibility in the UAE marketplace.
- Handle basic operations on Noon UAE and other UAE e-commerce platforms.
- Prepare regular sales, inventory, and product performance reports.
- Communicate with marketplace support and account managers when required.

REQUIREMENTS

- 0–1 years of experience in e-commerce / Amazon / marketplace operations.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central is preferred.
- Basic understanding of Amazon listings, SEO, keywords, pricing, inventory, and product visibility.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up on tasks.
- Willingness to learn and handle UAE marketplace operations.
