Cold Caller – Australian Process | Work From Home, India

About the role

We are an Australian company that helps businesses grow. We need a confident cold caller with excellent English to make outbound calls to people in Australia on behalf of different businesses, such as law firms. We’ll tell you which business you’re calling for and brief you on each one.

You’ll be representing qualified businesses, so you need to sound polished, clear and sure of yourself from the first sentence.

What you’ll do

- Make outbound cold calls to people across Australia every day
- Represent a range of Australian businesses, including law firms
- Introduce the business, explain the offer and find out if the person is interested
- Generate leads and book appointments
- Handle objections calmly and professionally
- Log every call and follow-up accurately

What you must have

- Very high-level English. Fluent, explicit, professional spoken English with correct grammar and a neutral accent Australians can easily understand. This is the most important requirement.

- Strong confidence on the phone. You’re comfortable calling strangers, you speak with authority and you don’t take a “no” personally.
- Experience in cold calling, telesales or an international voice process (Australian market experience is a big plus)
- The ability to switch quickly between different businesses and briefs
- Reliability: you start on time and hit your call targets without being chased
- A quiet place to work, a laptop, a good headset and stable high-speed internet
