Position: HR Executive
Location: Hyderabad(IDPL Balanagar)
Educational Qualification: MBA HR
Exp: 1+ Year as HR or Recruiter
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per manpower requirements.
- Manage joining formalities, document verification, appointment letters, and employee induction.
- Monitor daily attendance, shift schedules, late arrivals, overtime, and absenteeism.
- Prepare HR reports on headcount, recruitment, attendance, attrition, and employee movement. Skills Required: Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
