Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Architect to join our team and oversee architectural design, project coordination, client communication, and on-site execution for residential construction projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong design knowledge, excellent communication and coordination skills, and hands-on experience in managing residential projects from design through execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and review architectural designs, layouts, working drawings, and construction details for residential projects.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure work is being executed as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
- Check the quality of work at sites and identify any discrepancies, defects, or deviations from the approved design.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, consultants, and other project teams to ensure smooth execution of work.
- Guide and coordinate with site supervisors regarding drawings, design details, construction requirements, and site-related issues.
- Handle client interactions and meetings, understand their requirements, provide design-related guidance, and address project-related queries professionally.
- Coordinate with clients regarding design changes, approvals, material selections, and other architectural requirements.
- Review site measurements and verify that construction is progressing according to approved plans.
- Ensure that any design changes or site modifications are properly documented and communicated to the concerned teams.
- Coordinate with structural, electrical, plumbing, interior, and other consultants wherever required.
- Monitor project timelines and highlight delays or execution issues to the management.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and other architectural submissions where required.
- Ensure adherence to design standards, construction quality, and company specifications.




- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, site observations, and client requirements.
- Visit multiple project sites as required and ensure consistency in design and execution across projects.
- Provide practical architectural solutions to site-related challenges and coordinate with the execution team for timely resolution.
- Work closely with the management to ensure projects are delivered with high standards of quality, design, and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design, working drawings, and construction detailing.
- Good understanding of residential construction and on-site execution.
- Excellent client handling and communication skills.
- Strong coordination and team-management abilities.
- Ability to effectively coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and consultants.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and other relevant architectural software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality and execution issues at site.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and site visits simultaneously.
- Should be proactive, responsible, and capable of independently handling projects.

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate will be someone who is equally comfortable with design work, client interactions, and regular site supervision. Candidates with strong experience in residential builder floors, high-end residential projects, and project coordination will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
