Qualification - Graduate, B. Com/BAF, MBA in Finance

Experience - 4-5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Banking:

· Checking all entries of transactions in tally on monthly basis.

· Booking entries of credit card expenses on tally.

· Daily basic accounting work of all the groups companies.

Compliance:

· Professional tax working and return filing on monthly basis.

· Preparing working of TDS on monthly basis and filing of TDS return on quarterly basis.

· Monthly working and return filing of qualified tax, ESIC, IT

· Monthly working and quarterly and annual filing of TDS & GST returns

· Handling ITR return of Directors and personnel.

· All GST filings and Annual filing of GSTR9.

· Handling and resolving defaults of TDS received from TRACES.

· Reconciliation of TDS (26AS)

Documentation:

· Checking of export documentation received from sales & marketing team.

· Post verification submission of documentation to bank.

Creditor & Debtors:

· Maintaining creditor and debtors list on monthly basis.





· Sharing the creditor and debtor list department wise as and when requested.

· Reconciliation of online sales.

MIS:

· Preparing MIS comparison reports of sales, purchase, expense and stock on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Audit:

· Handling internal & external audits done for ENPL, Herbonation Healthcare and Vitae Care Pvt Ltd.

· Annual audit of all companies within time frame

Registrations:

· Registration of LUT (Letter of Undertaking) on yearly basis.

Skills Required -
Tally, GST, Advanced Excel, MS- Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra 400066: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
