Job Description – Assistant Project Manager (Residential Interiors)

Job Summary,

D'LIFE Home Interiors is looking for a responsible and experienced Assistant Project Manager – Residential Interiors to manage and coordinate residential interior projects, ensuring timely execution, quality standards, customer satisfaction, and smooth project handover.

Key Responsibilities-:

- Manage and coordinate residential interior projects from site measurement to final handover.
- Review interior drawings, BOQs, measurements, and project specifications.
- Coordinate material dispatch, delivery schedules, and site logistics.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Coordinate with carpenters, installation teams, vendors, and other site workers.
- Ensure proper execution of modular furniture, electrical, plumbing, and other interior-related works.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with the Zonal Manager, Regional Project Coordinator, design team, and other internal departments.
- Communicate with clients regarding project progress, site requirements, and concerns.
- Follow up on pending work, customer feedback, and snag-list closure.
- Support payment collection, project documentation, and final handover procedures.




- Resolve site-level issues and ensure smooth project execution.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: 2+ years in residential interior project execution or site management.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Good knowledge of residential interior execution, modular furniture installation, drawings, and BOQs.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred.
