1. Job Description: Senior Accountant

Position Title: Senior Accountant

Experience: 1 – 3 Years

Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Remuneration: Best in Industry

Key Responsibilities:

* Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate general ledgers, prepare trial balances, and ensure timely entry of income, expenses, and journal vouchers.

* Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee vendor payments, process invoice matching, manage customer billing, track outstanding receivables, and ensure timely collections.

* Taxation & Statutory Compliance: Prepare, calculate, and assist in filing GST returns, TDS deductions, and other applicable statutory taxes in accordance with financial regulations.

* Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular daily/monthly bank reconciliations to verify statement accuracy and resolve any discrepancies promptly.

* Payroll Processing: Coordinate with HR to process monthly payroll, verify salary statements, calculate deductions, and disburse staff salaries accurately.

* Financial Reporting & Auditing: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly,



and annual financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet), and support external/internal auditors during annual audit procedures.

* Inventory & Asset Tracking: Maintain record schedules for fixed assets and assist in inventory valuation and verification processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Master’s in Commerce (M.Com), or an equivalent finance degree. (Inter CA / IPCC qualification is a plus).

* Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance.

* Skills:

* Proficient in accounting software such as Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or ERP systems.

* Robust working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Indian accounting standards.

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, financial formulas).

* High attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong analytical problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
