- Lead, manage and motivate a team of CROs.
- Develop and implement a B2B sales strategy for the Cable & Wire industry.
- Identify and build a database of cable and wire manufacturers across India.
- Help CROs approach promoters, owners, CFOs, HR heads, purchase heads and other key decision-makers.
- Personally develop relationships with important/key accounts.
- Generate recent business opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
- Train CROs on prospecting, calling, meetings, presentations and follow-ups.
- Set monthly and quarterly sales targets for the team.
- Monitor individual CRO performance and conversion ratios.
- Develop a systematic sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-up.
- Build long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
- Explore new geographical markets and opportunities within the electrical/cable industry.
