What You'll Do

- Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Cloud, Offline, Mobile & Omnichannel POS

- Drive customer discovery and identify opportunities across the retail POS ecosystem

- Reimagine store journeys across Billing, Payments, Promotions, Loyalty, Returns & Inventory

- Build seamless experiences across Stores, E-commerce, Marketplaces & Customer Channels

- Partner with Engineering & Architecture on APIs, integrations, data flows, sync, security & performance

- Drive integrations across ERP, OMS, WMS, CRM, Payments, Tax & third-party retail platforms

- Lead product execution across Product, Design, Engineering,



QA, Sales & Customer Success

- Identify and build AI-native opportunities across checkout, store operations, recommendations & associate assistance

- Define and track product metrics around adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, revenue & expansion

- Partner with Sales & Marketing on positioning, packaging, competitive differentiation & monetisation

What We're Looking For

- 7–11 years of Product Management experience

- Strong hands-on experience in POS, Store Commerce or Retail Technology

- Experience across Cloud POS, Offline POS, Mobile POS & Omnichannel

- Deep understanding of Billing, Payments, Promotions, Loyalty, Returns, Inventory & Taxation

- Experience building enterprise-grade products with high availability, offline resilience, integrations, security & scale

- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, cloud architecture & synchronisation models

- Strong customer discovery, product strategy and commercial/ROI-driven prioritisation skills

- Strong AI-first mindset with hands-on exposure to up-to-date AI tools and rapid prototyping
