Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all day-to-day lamination processes and production lines.
- Maintain a smooth, uninterrupted flow of work across the shop floor to avoid bottlenecks.
- Handle weekly production planning and coordinate timely raw material supply.
- Ensure accurate, high-quality bonding for various footwear materials (synthetics, mesh, foam, and fabrics).
- Monitor machine performance, handle technical troubleshooting, and minimize material wastage.
- Coordinate seamlessly with cutting, assembly, and dispatch teams to meet daily and weekly output targets.
- Maintain strict quality control measures and enforce safety standards.

Candidate Requirements:





- Proven experience of 8 to 10 years as a Lamination Incharge or Supervisor within the footwear manufacturing sector.
- Strong hands-on experience in workflow management, weekly production planning, and material supply tracking.
- In-depth technical knowledge of lamination machines, rollers, adhesives, and raw materials.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead shop-floor teams efficiently.
