We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR executive to join our team at Webdads2u Private Limited.

The candidate will be responsible for:

Handling end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities

Sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for interviews

Managing employee onboarding and joining formalities

Maintaining employee records and HR documentation

Managing attendance, leave, and employee-related processes

Coordinating payroll inputs and monthly HR activities

Handling employee queries and maintaining good employee relations

Implementing company HR policies and procedures

Managing exit formalities and employee documentation

Supporting day-to-day HR operations and management requirements

Requirements:

6 months–3 years of experience in HR

Positive communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations

Good organisational and coordination skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks independently

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
