Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and proactive Site Engineer to supervise and manage our residential/commercial building projects in Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site execution, quality control, checking structural drawings, and managing local labour and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Drawing & Layout Verification: Accurately read, interpret, and execute structural, architectural, and MEP (Plumbing/Electrical) drawings provided by consultants.
- Labour & Subcontractor Coordination: Effectively manage and communicate with local masons, labour teams, and specialised contractors to maintain productivity and smooth workflow.
- Quality Control & Material Checking: Inspect the quality of incoming building materials in office, monitor concrete mix ratios, ensure proper curing, and maintain rigorous workmanship standards.
- Progress Reporting:



Maintain daily site logs, track material consumption, and prepare clear Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) for the project management team.
- Measurement & Billing Support: Take accurate site measurements, verify subcontractor work quantities, check bills, and proactively minimize material wastage on-site.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (for billing and estimations) and basic knowledge of AutoCAD to review structural layouts.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of proven experience in residential villa construction, apartments, or commercial building projects in India.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
