Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Transport Manager to manage school transportation operations, ensure student safety, maintain vehicles, and coordinate bus routes and transport staff efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily school transportation and bus operations.
- Plan and optimize bus routes and schedules.
- Supervise drivers, attendants, and other transport staff.
- Ensure student safety and compliance with transport regulations.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, fitness certificates, insurance, and permits.
- Maintain transport records, fuel expenses, and attendance logs.
- Handle parent queries and transportation-related concerns.
- Coordinate with school management for smooth transport operations.




- Respond effectively to transport emergencies and delays.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in transport or fleet management.
- Experience in school transportation is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transport safety regulations.
- Basic computer skills and record-keeping abilities.
