- Manage rider hiring, onboarding, and daily attendance across the delivery network.
- Oversee routing, batching, and shift planning while matching rider capacity with delivery demand.
- Track rider productivity, delivery time, cancellations, and punctuality to improve fleet efficiency.
- Coordinate with store managers, operations, and tech teams to resolve delivery, routing, and performance issues.
- Ensure rider discipline, compliance, and safety across the fleet.
- Maintain payouts, incentive reports, fleet records, and dashboards.
- Manage large rider pools in a quick-paced operating environment.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in fleet management, last-mile delivery, or rider operations.
- Strong people leadership and hands-on on-ground operations experience.
- Ability to manage large rider pools in a fast-paced operating environment.
- A data-driven mindset with proficiency in basic Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience in Q-commerce, hyperlocal delivery, logistics, or e-commerce is a plus.
- Someone who thrives on speed, ownership, and problem-solving.

Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
