We’re Hiring | Operations Executive

Location: Sector 62, Noida
Work Mode: Full-time | Work from Office
Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA
Experience: 1–2 Years

We’re looking for an Operations Executive who can independently manage day-to-day inventory, order movement, logistics coordination, and stock-related operations.

What You’ll Do:

- Monitor daily inventory levels across multiple platforms, including Website & Unicommerce.
- Coordinate with vendors for production, restocking, and inbound shipments.
- Track product availability, low-stock alerts, and stock transfers.
- Monitor daily orders, dispatches, returns, and exchanges.
- Coordinate with courier partners regarding delayed shipments, lost orders, and RTO issues.
- Maintain accurate Excel/Google Sheets reports for stock movement and order status.
- Identify inventory gaps, delays, or packaging issues and escalate them when required.
- Ensure correct SKU mapping across platforms and prevent order mismatches.




- Communicate daily operational updates to the internal team.

Who We’re Looking For:

- 1–2 years of experience in Inventory, Operations, or Logistics Management.
- Strong working knowledge of Unicommerce.
- Good command of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Positive communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Ability to work independently with accuracy, ownership, and responsibility.
- Personal laptop and stable internet connection are required.
