Affiliate Manager

Experience: 3+ Years
Location: Panchkula
Industry: Travel / OTA / Travel-Tech preferred

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and grow affiliate partnerships to drive bookings and revenue.

· Recruit, onboard, and develop current publishers/affiliates.

· Manage affiliate networks such as CJ, Awin, Impact, or similar platforms.

· Negotiate commissions, promotions, placements, and partnership terms.

· Monitor affiliate performance, conversions, revenue, ROI, and other key metrics.

· Identify opportunities to increase bookings and revenue from existing publishers.

· Ensure affiliate traffic quality, tracking, and compliance.

· Prepare regular performance reports and coordinate with internal teams.

Requirements:





· 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, Partnerships, or Publisher Management.

· Hands-on experience with affiliate networks.

· Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and business development skills.

· Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and affiliate performance metrics.

· Travel, OTA, hotel, flight, or car-rental experience will be an advantage.

· Comfortable working with revenue and booking targets.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
