We are looking for a confident and friendly candidate to handle software-related customer calls and front-office activities. The candidate will introduce our software products, explain their features, provide basic software demonstrations, and manage customer inquiries. Training will be provided to help the candidate understand our software products and services.

Main Work

- Call customers and introduce our software
- Talk to customers and understand their needs
- Explain the software and give demos
- Follow up with interested customers
- Answer basic customer questions
- Welcome customers who visit the office
- Handle basic front-office work
- Maintain customer details and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the technical team when needed
- Have basic IT knowledge to understand software products and explain their features to customers.

Skills Required

- Good communication skills




- Comfortable talking on the phone
- Good Hindi and basic English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Friendly and confident personality
- Able to explain things clearly
- Willing to learn

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation in B.Com, BBA, BA, BCA, or any IT-related field.
- 0–3 years of experience, freshers can also apply.
- Basic IT and computer knowledge is required.

Key

This is not a call-centre job. The role includes customer calling, software demos, customer handling, and front-office work.
