- Manage and oversee daily branch sales operations.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
- Handle customer enquiries, follow up on leads, and drive conversions.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain solid client relationships.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide sales training and guidance.
- Prepare sales reports and submit performance updates to management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated client issues.
- Monitor individual team performance and take corrective action when required.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
