- Student Counseling: Guide students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Admission Management: Handle the complete admission process from inquiry and application to enrollment and documentation.
- Lead Management: Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and counseling sessions.
- Conversion & Enrollment: Convert inquiries/leads into applications and confirmed admissions while achieving monthly/annual admission targets.
- Campus/Online Counseling: Conduct one-to-one counseling sessions, campus visits, presentations, webinars, and admission events.
- Course Knowledge: Maintain strong knowledge of the college's programs, admission criteria, fee structures, scholarships, and career outcomes.
- Documentation: Verify application forms and student documents and ensure that admission records are accurate and complete.
- Team Leadership: Support and guide junior admission counselors, monitor their performance, and help them achieve targets.




- Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on leads, applications, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.
- Coordination: Coordinate with academic departments, finance, administration, marketing, and management to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Parent & Student Relationship: Build solid relationships with students and parents and resolve admission-related queries or concerns.
- Marketing Support: Participate in education fairs, school/college visits, seminars, open houses, and other student recruitment activities.
- Compliance: Ensure that all admissions follow college policies, eligibility requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Post-Admission Support: Assist newly admitted students with onboarding, fee payment, document submission, orientation, and related formalities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
