Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead SAP SD/CS Functional & Integration Consultant to lead the functional design, configuration, testing, and delivery of an enterprise integration program connecting SAP ERP with Salesforce Field Service (FSL).

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SAP SD, SAP CS, pricing, service orders, billing, warranty management, and SAP integration technologies, along with proven experience integrating SAP with Salesforce or other field-service platforms.

This role requires strong ownership of the integration lifecycle, from master data synchronization and pricing through service execution, inventory availability, billing, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Fit-to-Standard and Solution Design Workshops with global business and technical stakeholders.
- Define and validate end-to-end SAP SD/CS and Salesforce FSL integration processes.
- Design bidirectional data and process flows between SAP ERP and Salesforce Field Service.
- Configure and support SAP SD/CS processes including:
- Sales Orders
- Quotations
- Pricing Procedures
- Service Orders
- Notifications
- Warranty Management
- Resource-Related Billing
- DIP Profiles
- Design and implement synchronization of:
- Customer Master
- Material Master
- Equipment Master and Serial Numbers
- Warranty Master
- Enable real-time SAP pricing callouts from Salesforce Opportunities and Quotes.
- Automate SAP Quotation creation based on Salesforce transactions.




- Build bidirectional integration for SAP Service Order creation, status updates, and administration initiated from Salesforce FSL.
- Support service-order line items including labor/service items and spare parts.
- Enable real-time Available-to-Promise (ATP) inventory checks for spare parts from Salesforce.
- Integrate field technician confirmations including:
- Labor/hours
- Materials consumed
- Travel expenses
- Service completion
- Configure resource-related billing, DIP profiles, and billing datasets to support standard and partial invoicing.
- Work closely with integration teams to troubleshoot and resolve end-to-end transaction and data issues.
- Debug SAP backend integrations using BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, OData, and ABAP-based interfaces.
- Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Prepare and review functional specifications, integration mappings, and process documentation.
- Manage scope boundaries and evaluate approved ad-hoc requirements.
- Support cutover, deployment, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across business, SAP, Salesforce, and integration teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- IDocs
- OData
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug SAP backend transactions, ABAP code, interfaces, and integration payloads.
- Experience preparing Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and integration mapping documents.
- Strong experience leading blueprinting, solution design, and fit-to-standard workshops.
- Ability to work directly with global stakeholders and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Comfortable working with administrative access to SAP and integration environments for configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Strong experience with SIT, UAT, cutover, and post-go-live support.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Direct experience with Overcast integration middleware.
- Experience with Salesforce Field Service (FSL) implementations.
- Experience with real-time integration patterns between SAP and Salesforce.
- Exposure to enterprise integration architecture and middleware platforms.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
