Understand business processes, risks and controls; conduct walkthroughs and process discussions. Perform audit / control testing, analyse data and identify process or control gaps. Develop clear, evidence-based observations with practical recommendations. Maintain quality working papers, documentation and supporting evidence. Build and maintain trackers and status MIS that give visibility into assignment progress. Coordinate with client teams and process owners and drive information / action items to closure. Contribute to scoping and planning discussions alongside Managers, not just execution. Manage assigned workstreams independently, including timelines, priorities and deliverables. Flag opportunities to simplify or standardise checklists, templates and review formats. Review and guide junior team members and contribute to overall assignment quality. Support Managers in planning, reporting, client discussions and assignment closure. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, IFC, Controls, Process Reviews, SOPs, Consulting or related areas. Solid analytical, problem-solving,



communication and documentation skills. Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint and picking up new trackers or reporting tools quickly. Structured, process-oriented thinking with strong follow-through and closure mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt when situations or requirements change. Curiosity, willingness to learn and comfort with taking responsibility with limited supervision. CA / CA Inter / CMA / MBA / relevant graduates and postgraduates may apply. Plan and allocate work clearly, monitor progress and identify bottlenecks early. Ensure the team understands the objective, not just the task, and review output for quality and completeness. Coach junior team members and contribute to their learning through case discussions, not just on-the-job correction. Communicate challenges early and take collective responsibility for timelines and outcomes.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
