We are looking for freshers for International Telecallers / Inside Sales Executives. The role involves calling potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our services clearly, and closing sales or setting qualified appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads
- Explain company services clearly and confidently
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services
- Follow up with interested prospects to close sales
- Maintain call records and update CRM or tracking sheets
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
- Handle customer objections professionally
- Coordinate with the sales/operations team for service delivery
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Results-driven and self-motivated
- Polite, confident, and customer-focused
- Ability to handle rejection and follow up consistently
- Prior experience in B2C or B2B service sales is an advantage
