- Position: Tele Calling / Tele Collection Officer (TCO)
- Locations: Thane | Chennai | Hyderabad
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹28,000 / month (Depending on experience and location)
- Experience: Freshers welcome for select roles; Experienced candidates preferred for write-off and delinquent portfolios.

Job Highlights & Portfolios:

- Handle overdue accounts, write-offs, and specific collection buckets across various portfolios.
- Portfolios include ARC, AXP, DBS, ABC, and IIFL (varies by location).
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets through effective negotiation and customer engagement.
- Handle delinquent/overdue customer accounts with qualified resolution skills.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
